Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup milk whole milk preferred
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso shots or strong coffee and set aside in your mug.
  • Melt white chocolate chips with milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and sugar to melted chocolate mixture.
  • Whisk mixture until all ingredients are completely smooth and well combined together.
  • Pour remaining milk into saucepan and heat until steaming but not boiling.
  • Use milk frother to create light foam on the pumpkin milk mixture.
  • Pour frothed pumpkin mixture over espresso in mug and stir gently to combine.
  • Top with whipped cream, white chocolate chips, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon stick.
  • Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your homemade café-style fall latte.
