Watermelon Mojito Mocktail
This pink drink makes hot days fun! Sweet watermelon meets cool mint for a yummy sip. Adudlt and Kids love it!No alcohol here. Just fresh tastes that bring smiles. So easy to make. The bubbles tickle your nose!

- 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup sparkling water
Cut watermelon into small chunks. Take out any seeds you see.
Put watermelon chunks in blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain juice to get rid of any bits or seeds.
Put mint leaves and maple syrup or sugar in two tall glasses.
Mash mint and sweet stuff with a spoon or muddler.
Cut lime in half. Squeeze juice into both glasses.
Pour watermelon juice into glasses. Fill half way up.
Add ice cubes to each glass.
Top with sparkling water. Fill to the top.
Mix with a spoon. Take a sip and enjoy!
- Make ahead tip: You can blend and strain watermelon juice up to one day before. Keep cold!
- Too sweet? Use less maple syrup or sugar next time.
- Not sweet enough? Add a bit more sweet stuff and mix well.
- Want it stronger? Add more lime juice for extra zing!
- No Sparkling Water? Lemon-lime soda works too but makes it much sweeter
