Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash the strawberries and peel the banana. Cut both into small pieces.
  • Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, and milk to the blender. Add honey if you want it sweeter.
  • Put the lid on tight and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses. Drink cold and enjoy.
