Rosemary Pear Mocktail
This fresh fall mocktail combines sweet pear juice with aromatic rosemary and a hint of honey. Perfect for gatherings or quiet evenings, this non-alcoholic drink offers sophisticated flavors without the alcohol.

- 2 oz pear juice
- 1 sprig rosemary plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Lemon sparkling water
- Pear slices for garnish
Take a sprig of rosemary and tear into pieces. Add to shaker with lemon juice and honey. Muddle until honey dissolves.
Pour in pear juice and add ice to the shaker. Close tightly and shake until everything is well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with lemon sparkling water until full.
Garnish with a fresh pear slice on the rim and a small sprig of rosemary.
