Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add liquids first. Pour milk and add Greek yogurt to your blender to help it blend more efficiently.
  • Add fresh ingredients. Put in the banana, breaking it into chunks for easier blending.
  • Add frozen ingredients. Add the frozen peach slices last on top of other ingredients.
  • Add sweetener. Drizzle in the maple syrup if using, depending on how sweet you want it.
  • Blend until smooth. Run your blender for 30-60 seconds until everything is creamy with no chunks.
  • Make peach puree. For a pretty swirl, blend a few extra peach slices separately and gently swirl into your finished smoothie.

Notes

  • Use frozen peaches for the best thick, cold texture without watering down with ice.
  • Ripe bananas with brown spots give the most natural sweetness and best flavor.
  • For vegan option, use plant-based milk and yogurt with the same measurements.
  • Add protein powder if you want this to be more filling for breakfast.
