- 1 cup milk any type
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- 2 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Add liquids first. Pour milk and add Greek yogurt to your blender to help it blend more efficiently.
Add fresh ingredients. Put in the banana, breaking it into chunks for easier blending.
Add frozen ingredients. Add the frozen peach slices last on top of other ingredients.
Add sweetener. Drizzle in the maple syrup if using, depending on how sweet you want it.
Blend until smooth. Run your blender for 30-60 seconds until everything is creamy with no chunks.
Make peach puree. For a pretty swirl, blend a few extra peach slices separately and gently swirl into your finished smoothie.
- Use frozen peaches for the best thick, cold texture without watering down with ice.
- Ripe bananas with brown spots give the most natural sweetness and best flavor.
- For vegan option, use plant-based milk and yogurt with the same measurements.
- Add protein powder if you want this to be more filling for breakfast.
