Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • orange slices
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Wash and cut your oranges and lemons. I like to squeeze the juice with my hands—it feels fun!
  • Pour orange juice and lemon juice into a pitcher.
  • Add the simple syrup. I stir well and taste to check if it’s sweet enough.
  • Fill two glasses with lots of ice cubes.
  • Pour the juice mix over ice.
  • Slowly add sparkling water to each glass. It makes bubbly fizz—my favorite sound!
  • Top with orange slices and fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve right away, so it stays cold and fizzy. I love seeing everyone's happy faces!

Notes

  • Use fresh-squeezed orange juice for the best taste and color.
  • You can adjust sweetness with more or less simple syrup.
  • Add extra lemon juice if you want more tang.
  • Try different fruits like pineapple for new flavors.
  • Kids love to help with stirring and decorating!
