- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- ice cubes
- orange slices
- fresh mint leaves
Wash and cut your oranges and lemons. I like to squeeze the juice with my hands—it feels fun!
Pour orange juice and lemon juice into a pitcher.
Add the simple syrup. I stir well and taste to check if it’s sweet enough.
Fill two glasses with lots of ice cubes.
Pour the juice mix over ice.
Slowly add sparkling water to each glass. It makes bubbly fizz—my favorite sound!
Top with orange slices and fresh mint leaves.
Serve right away, so it stays cold and fizzy. I love seeing everyone's happy faces!
