Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh mango chunks
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey optional
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • lime slices for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the mango: Cut mangoes into chunks and blend until completely smooth. Pour the puree into a measuring cup.
  • Muddle mint leaves: Place fresh mint in glasses and gently press with muddler to release essential oils without crushing completely.
  • Mix base ingredients: Add ice to glasses, then pour in mango puree and fresh lime juice. Stir these components together.
  • Add the bubbles: Slowly pour sparkling water while leaving room at the top. Stir very gently to combine without losing carbonation.
  • Garnish and serve: Top with fresh mint sprig and lime slice. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy for best taste experience.

  • Ripe mangoes make this drink naturally sweet without needing additional sugar or sweeteners.
  • Freeze mango chunks ahead of time to use instead of some ice for more intense flavor.
