- 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers or 4-5 hibiscus tea bags
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Steep the hibiscus: Pour hot water over dried flowers, let sit for 10 minutes
Strain mixture: Remove all hibiscus flowers using a fine mesh strainer completely
