Ginger Beer Mocktail

This refreshing mocktail combines spicy ginger beer with cool mint and tangy lime. It's ready in just 3 minutes and makes the perfect alcohol-free treat for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

  • 20 small mint leaves
  • ½ lime cut in wedges
  • cup non-alcoholic ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 sprig of mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Put mint leaves and lime wedges in a glass. Squeeze the limes slightly before adding to release some juice.
  • Gently muddle the mint and lime until juices are released. Don't over-muddle or the mint will taste bitter.
  • Add ice cubes to the glass, filling it about halfway.
  • Pour in the ginger beer slowly and watch the fizz develop as you fill the glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and serve immediately while cold and fizzy.
