Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl.
  • Whip the mixture using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or whisk for 3-5 minutes until it becomes light brown and forms stiff peaks.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes and cold milk, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.
  • Take a photo if desired, then stir before drinking.

Notes

For best results, use very hot water and whip continuously until the mixture holds its shape. The perfect ratio is 1:1:1 for coffee, sugar, and water. You can adjust sweetness according to taste, but using less sugar may affect the foam's stability.
