Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Stevia drops or honey optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add liquid base first. Pour milk into blender before adding other ingredients for smoother blending.
  • Add frozen ingredients. Toss in berries and banana pieces.
  • Add flavor enhancers. Sprinkle in cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth. Start on low speed, then increase to high for about 30-45 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness. Add optional sweetener if needed, blend for 10 more seconds.
  • Serve immediately. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, freeze banana chunks at least 4 hours before making this smoothie.
  • Adjust cocoa powder to your taste preference. Start with less if you're sensitive to bitterness.
