- 1 medium apple cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce plus more for drizzling
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Wash and core the apple, then cut into chunks. Leave the skin on for extra flavor and color.
Add vanilla ice cream, apple chunks, half the caramel sauce, milk, and cinnamon to your blender.
Blend everything until smooth, starting on low speed then increasing to high.
Drizzle caramel sauce inside your glasses, making swirls up the sides.
Pour the milkshake mixture into the glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
Top with whipped cream and drizzle remaining caramel sauce over the top.
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple slice garnish if desired. Serve immediately.
- For best results, chill your glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes before making the shakes.
- Use ice cream that's slightly softened for easier blending.
- If you prefer more texture, reserve some tiny diced apple pieces to stir in after blending.
- For a thicker shake, use less milk or add more ice cream.
- Store leftover milkshake in the freezer and let it soften for 15 minutes before enjoying.
