Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 medium apple cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Wash and core the apple, then cut into chunks. Leave the skin on for extra flavor and color.
  • Add vanilla ice cream, apple chunks, half the caramel sauce, milk, and cinnamon to your blender.
  • Blend everything until smooth, starting on low speed then increasing to high.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce inside your glasses, making swirls up the sides.
  • Pour the milkshake mixture into the glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
  • Top with whipped cream and drizzle remaining caramel sauce over the top.
  • Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple slice garnish if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For best results, chill your glasses in the freezer for 15 minutes before making the shakes.
  • Use ice cream that's slightly softened for easier blending.
  • If you prefer more texture, reserve some tiny diced apple pieces to stir in after blending.
