Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or plant-based alternative
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Add milk to the blender first.
  • Add spinach, blueberries, banana chunks, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds.
  • Blend on low speed first, then increase to high until smooth (30-45 seconds).
  • Adjust thickness with more liquid if needed.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.

Notes
