Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups almond milk approximately

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Put frozen banana, blueberries, peanut butter, and milk in your blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Mix everything on high speed until you get a creamy, purple smoothie with no chunks.
  • Adjust thickness if needed. Add more milk if too thick or more frozen fruit if too thin.
  • Pour into glasses. Divide between two jar or glasses and serve right away for best taste and texture.
  • Add optional toppings. Drizzle with melted peanut butter and sprinkle crushed peanuts and berries on top if desired.

Notes

  • This smoothie is thick! Feel free to add more almond milk if you prefer a thinner drink.
  • No added sugar needed. The natural sweetness from the fruits is usually enough for most people.
  • Great for meal prep. Freeze ingredients in bags for quick morning smoothies all week long.
