Blueberry Mocktail

This refreshing blueberry mocktail combines sweet berries with tangy lemon and fizzy water. Perfect for hot days, parties, or anytime you want a special drink without alcohol. Kids and adults both love this pretty blue drink!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Wash blueberries and place them in a blender.
  • Add honey and lemon juice to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
  • Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove skins.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour the blueberry mixture over ice, filling glasses halfway.
  • Top with sparkling water.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and a few whole blueberries.

Notes

  • Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren't available.
  • The blueberry base can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz.
  • For a sweeter drink, add an extra tablespoon of honey.
  • For a kid-friendly party version, serve in plastic cups with colorful straws.
