- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups sparkling water
Wash blueberries and place them in a blender.
Add honey and lemon juice to the blender.
Blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove skins.
Fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the blueberry mixture over ice, filling glasses halfway.
Top with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine.
