- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime slice for garnish
Put blackberries, lime juice, and honey in your glass. Mash them good with a muddler or spoon.
Clap mint leaves between your hands. This makes them more yummy! Add them to the glass.
Fill your glass half full with ice cubes. The cold makes everything taste better!
Pour sparkling water over everything. Go slow so it doesn't fizz too much!
Put a lime slice on the edge of your glass. Now it looks so pretty!
Stir a tiny bit with a spoon. Then sip and enjoy!
- The drink tastes best when you use fresh berries from the store or garden.
- You can make the berry mix ahead of time, but wait to add fizzy water until ready to drink.
- If you don't like seeds, pour through a strainer after step 1.
- Use any sweetener you like if honey isn't your thing.
- For parties, make a big batch in a pitcher!
