- 1.5 cups non-alcoholic apple cider
- 0.5 cup fresh orange juice (from about 1-2 oranges)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from about 1 lime)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to your taste)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup ginger ale (chilled)
- apple slices (for garnish)
- ice cubes
Squeeze your fresh fruit juices first: Get all the good juice from your oranges and your lime now.
Mix the drink base in a pitcher: Pour apple cider, orange juice, lime juice, and maple syrup all together.
Stir all these liquids very well: Make sure the yummy maple syrup is mixed in with other good things.
Add whole cinnamon stick now: Let it sit for a few minutes or chill for even better taste.
Fill up your serving glasses with ice: Add a good amount of fresh ice cubes to each pretty glass.
Pour the apple mix over the ice: Fill glasses about three-fourths full with the prepared tasty cider mixture.
Top with bubbly ginger ale slowly: Gently pour the chilled ginger ale to fill up each glass with fizz.
Garnish and enjoy: Add a pretty apple slice to each drink and serve it to friends.
- For the best taste, use good-quality apple cider, not from concentrate.
- Taste the base mix before adding ginger ale to adjust the maple syrup.
- If you chill the base, the cinnamon flavor will be a bit stronger.
- You can add a thin orange slice too for an extra nice look.
- Use more or less ginger ale based on how fizzy you like drinks.
- This drink is best when you make it fresh for your happy friends.
