How to Make Sweet Potato Smoothie?
Making this smoothie is so easy. You just put all your good things in the blender. Then you blend until it is very smooth and creamy.
Step 1: Cook your sweet potato. If you do not have a leftover one, it is very easy to make. I just poke a few holes in a small sweet potato with a fork. Then I microwave it for about 5-7 minutes until it is all soft. Let it cool down a little. Then you can scoop the soft part out and mash it.
Step 2: Put everything in. Add your cooked sweet potato, frozen banana, milk, yogurt, nut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon into your blender cup.
Step 3: blend it all up. Put the lid on tight. Blend on high speed for about one minute until you see no more chunks.
Step 4: Check how thick it is. If your smoothie is too thick, you can just add a little more milk and blend it again.
Step 5: Pour and enjoy your drink. Pour your beautiful orange smoothie into a big glass or mason jar….Sprinkle some cinnamon on the top.
