Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium apple cored and chopped
  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Chop your apple into small pieces so it blends more easily and gets totally smooth.
  • Add the milk and yogurt to your blender first because it helps the blades work better.
  • Layer in the pumpkin, apple, banana, spices, and maple syrup on top of the liquids.
  • Toss ice cubes on top and make sure that the blender lid is on super tight.
  • Blend everything on high until it's completely smooth with no chunks anywhere. ENJOY!!!
