Bar spoon
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 4-6 oz club soda chilled
- 1 cup ice cubes
For the garnish(optional):
- fresh blueberries
- fresh mint sprig
- lime wheel
Add blueberries and mint to the glass, then muddle gently for fifteen seconds total.
Pour in lime juice and simple syrup, then stir everything together really well.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, but leave about one inch of space at the top.
Slowly pour cold club soda over ice until the glass is filled to the rim.
Stir the drink gently with a bar spoon for about five seconds to combine.
Add fresh blueberries, mint sprig, and a lime wheel on top then serve immediately.
- Muddle your mint super gently, or it'll taste bitter instead of fresh and minty.
- Fresh blueberries give the best color, but frozen work fine if that's what you have.
- Taste as you go and adjust the simple syrup amount based on your sweetness preference.
- Make this drink right before serving so the fizz stays bubbly and refreshing throughout.
- Hosting a party? Just multiply everything by however many guests you're expecting and mix away!
